you can do your Ph.D in P.R. at our University(Makhamnlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism & Communication,B/38,Vikas Bhawan,Bhopal. You have to formally register yourself and attend the RDC for making a presentation of your subject of choice and then c holose a guide for your Ph.D. who is on the approved list of the University.
