Hello folks,
Corruption has percolated in all strata of society and professional circles. And PR has not been an exception.
Believing in and upholding values is a conscientious decision as long as they exist as an intangible asset, not DIRECTLY translating as profit in the financial statement. Business today is measured only by money. Hence this issue.
Ethics and values, civic sense and moral science should be a compulsory subject in educational institutions so that the students are sensitised about these important attributes. There could be hope of revival of the values system in our business and social life.
And in the meantime, let us do our bit... say by not bribing the police on the street or the clerk in the govt office..... It takes every drop to make the ocean....
