Yes. We are sharing the concern expressed.

But is Dr. Singh the only culprit?

When TIME rates the PM it rates the Govt, the country and the people. Did we stand by him all along? Many turned critics of the 2nd UPA regime. May be because of the scams and public cry against corruption. Now we have to revisit our political system of governance by many parties. Every other party is working with their own agenda and programmes. Now let the leaders of the Coalition come with their views and solutions.

But who will demonstrate their willingness to share the blame?
