Dear All,
As you are aware that we are working on a drafting a Code of Conduct for Indian PR Professionals and have invited suggestions from all of you to help us draft this document, what we are also doing is collecting examples of instances where a PR Pro has faulted in his behaviour while dealing with the media.
We want the exact comments made by journalists so that we all really understand the seriousness of this problem, which is only growing.
Help us by sending such instances on this thread as soon as possible.
On the suggestions part, we received 3 suggestions so far, which is not bad for a forum of over 3000 professionals. While most of us enjoy blaming each other for not doing our bit to help the profession, but when time comes to actually show your commitment we tend to hide behind our professional commitments.
But I am happy there are few professionals who genuinely feel for the profession and want to work to bring in a change. With their help we will go ahead with our efforts in drafting the code of conduct and guidelines for us and further create awareness to get it adopted in as many sections of our business.
Need more working hands, please connect pr.vikram@gmail.com
Best Regards
