Dear Shri Srinivasan,   It is an undisputed fact that PR has to be based on strong foundation of TRUTH.   I recall an incident, that when 'Sanjay Gandhi' was ruling, a leading nagazine reported about Air-India  having doled out a BIG contract without following usual procedure.   AIR India, denied saying it never happened. Next issue of the same magazine quoited extracts from a Minutes of Board Meeting, when it was approved/passed.    Further Chairman of BCCI making a public statment that 'he will fix media' is most uncalled for. Lalit Modi is now having a good laugh sitting abroad.   BCCI is also not paying any TAX, as politically it was managed. Spot fixing is purely an unethical business within a game business. Denying a partner is an act of propaganda to mislead people and the authorities concerned.
