[Image_Management] How to measure the possible impact of incidents or events on an Organization's reputation.

Dear Colleagues,

 

I have a potential client who wants me to assist them to develop a guideline for their Risk Committee on how to measure the possible impact of incidents or events on their organization’s reputation. This is quite a challenge especially in a telecoms environment.

 

Can you signpost me to any studies or measurement techniques?
