As a way to understand PR impact various methods have been used by PR professionals. How important is media perception audit to understand impact of PR efforts ?
Has any organization done a perception audit with media?
Which are the agencies used for media perception audit in India? Would the traditional Research agencies do a good job of this ?
Do PR agencies do media perception audits for their clients?
Would there not be a bias if the PR agency/ internal PR department does the perception audit?
