Yesterday, I wrote about cartoons and their important role in communication. Cartoons convey powerfully messages with a sense of humour. Mr Triambak Sharma (Raipur) , Editor of Cartoon Watch, the only monthly cartoon magazine in India (also a member of our group) has agred to contribute every month one page cartoons in our ezine. (June issue also carries his cartoons)
During our discussion, we have decided to introduce a new cartoon characer for our ezine, like R K Lakshman's 'common man'. The common man has become more popular amongst the newspaper readers. Our PR cartoon character will also play a greater role in our ezine.
Now Mr Triambak Sharma is in the process of creating a new PR man for us. He will be our hero in all our ezines. Members can send in their suggestions and views of what they expect and charactrisitics. Please also a suggest a name for this new character. Please keep in mind that the new cartoon man is an 'intrnational citizen'. Please send him suggestions directly to cartoonwatch@
Let us all await the birth of new cartoon character. He will be our hero in our October 08 issue dedicated full of cartoons. But he will start making rounds from our July 08 onwards.
