[prpoint] KSA (Knowledge, skill and Attitude) needed for PR professional

Dear friends,

Knowledge, skill and Attitude are important for every professional.I am
working as a Public relation officer at Raigarh District in
Chhattisgarh. I joined this post by accident.

I am prepairing for administrative services in chhattisgarh.I am selected for Assistant Director of Public Relation through Public Service Commission of Chhattisgarh. I have a simple bachelor degree of scince. I have not got any good training from the department. I have completed 2 years in this job.

I knew only one way of PR writing and releasing News.I am seeking advice from group members specifically on Knowledge,skill and
Attitude for PR job.
