Mahatma Gandhi marshalled his arguments with remarkable lucidity and spoke to his audience in most direct of manners, right from the heart. Performance with purpose had emerged the movement and tapped into emotions of people. Often he brought to the listeners a chukle and a smile, and more often than not, managed to appeal to both their reason and emotions, thus making them do exactly what he desired from them. Method employed was fact based and visible and not just tall talks and claims.
