Re: [prpoint] Mr K R Singh, a veteran Indian PR professional passed away - PRCI mourns

Dear Friends,

I few days ago, I got a call from my brother (a doctor with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital), without warning he handed over the phone to another person saying that an acquaintance would like to speak - and my fortune, as the person turned out to be Mr. K R Singh.

Even during his last few days - he managed to remain in touch - and was caring and courteous enough to say good things.

A Public Relations person in the true sense - who valued relationship - and respected everyone - irrespective of age / experience.

May we all pick up learning from his professional and personal life - and make our PR sphere a better and more respected place to be in.

Warm regards,

People,

MY HEARTFELT TRIBUTES TO THE DEPARTED SOUL.Words rush , tears roll ......feels as though i lost my father, He was ever smiling, happi and cheerful man. He who breath PR for last  ...He who made all women smile for last..He who made PR fraternity proud...is no more. What a disaster!! Just dont get words to express becoz my mind is blocked,

No Formality, just mere truth!

Sorry!

a mourning daughter!

It was an extremely shocking news that Veteran P.R. personality K.R.Singh is no more with us.I had more than a couple of occasions to not only just interact but to actively enter into dialogue on professional matters and share the dais with him both at Delhi, Calcutta and Bhopal, when he was with Birlas. It is a personal loss to me as well as a great loss to the whole profession.I am afraid if we lose professionals at this speed there will be a great vaccuum of professionals and we must be prepared to combat this challenge.
