By seeing Jet Airways drama, I am fully agree with the wording of our retired Hon'ble President Abdul Kalam that Love your Job but do not love to your company. As a part of PR Jet airway failed to handle the situation. In my opinion if the company is in economic cirisis, then employee would have been requested to work without payment. I think that most of the employee would be agreed to work without pay for short period in bad days of company. But one thing company should also bear that in bad days employee terminated due to less profit, if profit is more than it should be share to employee equally who have bring the company to that stage. Then their decision of termination is write. Once a company is not sharing the profit of company equally then how company can expect the sharing of loss from employee. As regards to PR of company before termination of employee there should be some communication with the employee about the whole situation. I am agree with the rating of Srinivas 04 out of 10.
