RE: [prpoint] Let us salute the brave soldiers! Some more concerns on our TV media!!

There is a another solution . Let us throw out these politicians and get professionals into Politics . Unless we do not have qualified people running our country there is little we can expect to change . Politicians will continue dividing us on our caste , religion , region , that is their only vote bank agenda .

There are a few professionals like you and me who have got together to take up this challenge . They are going to fight the next elections . they lack the funds and want to fight a honest election . You must think they are crazy . They cannot hope to win . We need such crazy people who are willing to get into politics on their terms – Honesty and ability .

Please visit their website   http://www.ppi.net.in/  . I have met these guys and they are a honest bunch of professionals with this crazy intention of doing something rather than complaining. They have got the party registered . You too can be a part of this movement. The time is NOW . The next support we all can give them is that we support their publicity , we are all PR folks we do have our contacts can we pass on their details to journalist from media . If you want to go beyond you can actually stand up and contest under the PPI banner .

Are we willing to actually act beyond saying ‘Enough is Enough’ . I have marked RV Krishnan and KK Iyer who is one of the founders of this party. Please go through their manifesto today and join the fight of making the incompetent politicians redundant .

Warm Regards,

Somewhere down the line after witnessing this Human Carnage, my conscious speaks of two things:

Have we not altered to new non-stereotyped methods in management whenever we have realized that the on-going process is not working out the way we thought of it ?

A). The answer which hits to my mind is : Yes that is why we have seen rising businesses and booming economy.

THEN WHY NOT FIGHT BACK WITH THIS HUMAN CARNAGE IN A SIMILAR FASHION:

You might laugh at me my dear friends but looking at the current situation & gauging the mental / hypnotized state of these young terrorists I strongly feel that the Late Mahatma Gandhi Thought will work here because all the other methods of being harsh have been applied already and what we have received in turn is a more voluminous hazardous professionalized trained attack.

I read the front page story of Mumbai Mirror: Azam Amir Kasav 21, the only one survived terrorist the brand ambassador of Mumbai Carnage Mission, a young hypnotized skilled terror worker. The news mentioned that he requested for life to our police and said that he wants to LIVE. While the story went ahead and spoke about many things related to him in the end I realized that the same terrorist is wishing if he was dead and demanded to be killed. Wait !! not because by the end of the story and the 4 day carnage his conscious has been awakened and he realized that what he has been a party too. BUT OFF course the Police Grilling made him realize and repent on the fact that WHY IS HE ALIVE!! His colleagues were better off to achieve the ultimate goal of JIHAD.

Friends Every Action has Equal & Opposite Reaction !!! Every time we have given hatred we have received hatred back. Which has done no good so far. Can We be different this time . Can we think of Forgiving AZAM and ask him to go back with a message that whether it is Geeta / Islam or any other Religion . God himself says that my other form is Forgiveness.

May be every time we have reacted and coagulated enough pressures by killing these terrorists / arresting them and let their counter parts start thinking and planning such disastrous mission against humanity as a answer to our hatred.

After all the hatred that we give them we could not stop such mishaps then may be giving a life back to them would make them think towards US. We grilling AZAM, Insulting him and finally killing him or putting him into the Jail will not bring the Loved ones we have lost. Albeit it will only leave AZAM with a thought that whatever he did was Right and he will repent till he dies for not being killed in this mission like his other fellow terrorists.

Friends FORGIVE ME HERE FOR BEING WRONG..IF YOU FELL SO!!!!!

Every time we have been brave saying that Mumbais SPIRIT Mumbais SPIRIT and we are back to WORK.

For God Sake this time please do not say that. Please think for a second that if Saheed Hemant Karkare or Mr. Ashok kapur was your own Father / Brother / Son or Husband.!!!!! Will you be back with your best spirit to your offices the next day.

THIS TIME I APPEAL TO ALL READING THIS THAT BECAUSE OF THIS SPIRIT THAT MUMBAIKARS HAVE SHOWN EACH TIME THAT OUR POLITICIANS THINK THAT MUMBAI WILL BOUNCE BACK IN TWO DAYS. NO WORRRIES.!!!

IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN ANY SUPREME POWER HERE I WOULD HAVE SUGGESTED PUBLIC TO REVOLT BACK TOWARDS THIS MASSACRE BY ANNOUNCING MUMBAI BANDH COMING MONDAY. ONE DAY FOR OUR SO CALLED POLITICAL LEADERS TO FEEL AND THINK THAT THIS TIME MUMBAI IS SHATTERED AND DOES NOT HAVE POWER TO COME BACK TO WORK AND THEY NEED TO DO SOEMTHING ABOUT IT SERIOUSLY INSTEAD OF STARTING POLLS IN NEW DELHI.

I sincerely respectfully SALUTE all who died and pray Almighty to let their Souls Rest In Peace Now.

Sir,

This face-off is far from over.

Really hope all the group members are fine. Mumbaikars can we hv your roll calls pls??? We pray for your safety.

Mumbai and its resilience is gone…Mumbaikars and the whole country is in a state of shock…the city that claimed to bounce back after every tragedy will need some time to come to terms with reality.

Good time for likes of Raj Thakre & his MNS goons to prove their chivalry now. We saw them breaking the cabs, to protect Marathi Manoos’ cause…now is the time to really show some guts and fight (a handful) of terrorists who have tarnished the city’s image - The Terror Capital of India from Finance Capital. He and his goons wanted the North Indians to “Respect Marathi manoos or leave”…what respect has that handful of terrorists showing now.

Time to realize that our true heroes are not raj, laloos, mayawati, mulayam or karunanidhi’s of the world who continue to divide us in the name of social / regional justice, but those brave soldiers, who are so braving their lives to deal with this National Crisis. Wonder whether Raj has checked how many North Indians & South Indians formed the part of this NSG team that is battling for a National pride and not for Aamchi Mumbai alone.

Hope common sense prevails this time around. High time we all rise above petty politics (regional, religion, race, cast, sub-cast, backward & forward) and question our impotent leaders for creating such a situation. It took more than 9 hrs before NSG commandos could be pressed into action. The statement made on 27th Nov by our beloved Home Ministerji (in his crisp safari) was mostly in past tense as if the crisis was already over. Was he briefed before he started making his ‘election speech.’ Today we saw the State CM Vilasrao Deshmukh making a statement around 12:00pm that the crisis will be over within an hour or two and here we are…12:00 am) and still sitting in front of our TV screens waiting desperately to listen to the good news and get up and salute our soldiers once again. Do they actually realize the gravity of the situation?

It’s a shame…Why should we Indians (and not Marathi, Bihari or Gujarati…) be shedding our blood for their political gains. I am sure this time again they smell an excellent opportunity to exploit this situation for political gains. It’s high time we accept that Terrorism is a reality and a global phenomenon and we have to deal & live with it. The need of the hour is to call an Islamic militant an Islamic militant like the Americans & the Europeans and not just indulge in vote bank politics and continue to treat them as mis-guided youths. I am sure none of our Muslim countrymen would support such Un-Islamic behavour. I won’t be surprised if Nariman House encounter also becomes a Batla house incident and the lives laid down by our brave soldiers are completely negated.

I really don’t know if capturing one terrorist alive is good news or bad news for us…for all you know he could be our future MLA or MP from some reserved constituency. Exactly 7 years back our Parliament was also attacked…unfortunately those ‘jokers’ were not as trained and equipped as these ‘Mis-guided Youths’. Otherwise knowingly or unknowingly they would have served our purpose well…anyways we still have a celebrity guest in Tihar jail. We have a soft corner for this Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru. Sonia Gandhi wants to pardon all the LTTE convicts accused in Rajiv Gandhi murder case. Dr Manmohan Singh loses his sleep after seeing the face of the mother of the Bangalore bomber. Malegaon blast is another high profile incident that has potential to see some future ministers.

As the Mumbaikars feel ‘Enough is Enough’… the nation also voices the same sentiments. Hope this triggers the wave for the ‘Change’!!! The nation should bounce back and show the same resilience that we have seen in the past. Our media fraternity has a major and responsible role to play here. No offence meant to our media fraternity, but it is high time our Television channels also understand that 'security of the Nation' is more important than their 'TRP ratings'. TV reporting even at this hour of crisis is sensationalism here. Why can’t we learn something from our friends in the US during 9/11 attack. Probably, because we don’t deserve or are not matured enough to take in a more responsible reporting. By such reporting we end up playing into the hands of those ‘faceless B*****Ds’ only who wants disturbance & chaos everywhere. They will definitely have a good night’s sleep while we lose ours because we see our people in pains.

dear friends

Mumbai terrorist attack is coming to end. At this moment of my writing this post, official confirmation of death is yet to be received. Few brave soldiers, including senior officials of Mumbai have sacrificed their life for the Nation. Nearly 100 plus commandos, braving their life, faced the well trained and motivated terrorists for more than two days. They have done their job, in the presence of hundreds of cameras meticulously. They brought glory to the Indian Army and to the country. We salute them for their timely job at the time of National crisis.

After taking possession of Nariman Bhavan, these bravemen, boarded their Military Van and left the place, amidst the cheeres of the people around. This was shown in all channels. If anyone had observed closely, they all left without any expression on their faces, with a great satisfaction of having done their job to the Nation. We may not remember the faces these 'unsung heroes', but we remember their brave act.

I would like to share one important concern.

Our Channels need to learn to handle the crisis situation with more care. These type of operations are highly sensitive and secretive. In their over enthusiasm of telecasting the news, and getting TRP rating, many channels were showing the minutest operations with zooming lens. Many rumours were floated creating panic amongst the Mumbai citizens. At one stage, Police authorities had to black out the channels. The channels rectfied the rumours later. Even Ministry of Information and Broadcasting had to summon the channel owners today and advise them to telecast in a responsible manner. Even the Secretary (Internal Security), had to appeal to all media not to telecast the operations 'minute to minute'.

In one of the popular channels, the reporter was asking the Army Chief why even after one hour of Commandos entering the Hotel, nothing had happened. I donot know whether the reporter was aware of the seriousness of the situation. A person with common sense, can easily understand how can the army men can clear the terrorists within one hour. Or whether the channel expects the operations to be done in the presence of camera?

A time has come that we need to think of our television reporting at the time of crisis. The importance is given more for sensationalising the event. I still remember how the TV Channels behaved during 9/11 in US.

There is no absolute freedom for anybody in India, including media. The Indian constitution provides freedom for everybody uniformly. Freedom comes with responsibility. There is a limitation for our freedom. As used to be said, 'my freedom ends when other's nose begins'.

Television channels need to understand that 'security of the Nation' is more important than their 'TRP ratings'

I invite views

FYI
Employees in your own company cannot access the PPI site.

They are greeted with a message "Access to the Website has been controlled since it is categorized as Service and Philanthropic Organizations"

What does that say about Mastek?
