The Chinese aggression of 1962 was bad but it had its silver linings.
The North Eastern part of India saw real development only after the Chinese aggression.
The Indian Army underwent a metamorphosis after the Chinese invasion, all for the better.
We hope the terror attack on Mumbai will do the same to Public Relations in Government.
But let us also pray that we need not have such costly and painful shocks to improve ourselves. Let us do so as a routine matter. Let this be the lesson to learn.![]()
