The greatest contribution we make in these challenging times is to keep an attitude of good wishes and compassion for everyone. By spreading these positive vibrations of peace into the atmosphere, we will give comfort and peace to others in their distress - and at the same time protect ourselves from the weakening influence of negativity.
In order to do this, we must spend time in silence and rediscover our inner qualities and strengths, and realise that it is in these that we find the true self respect and security that we all seek. Reawekening our own inner truth and power, we automatically share this with others. There is no greater charity!
