Everyone these days is craving for attention and only attention. In a bid to outsmart each other, people often tend to be hopelessly creative sometimes trivial gimmicks without understanding the sensibilities of the other side for which the message is intended to. A journalist is also a human being and his / her opinion about matters just like any normal person. Pen is the only omnipotent weapon that he/she has, with which they convey your information to the readers in a more purposeful manner.

If you have any information to be conveyed to your target audience through the journalist, you have to provide all the details in a simple manner. One can only infer that when you do not have anything informative for the readers, then you resort to such gimmicks just to attract the writer's attention so that he conveys to their readers.

We have to be remember that in our quest to get the reader's attention, all relevant information needed to be provided to the journalist in a more simpler way or else the message will fall flat as these creative gimmicks will make the matters worse if not better.
