Re: [prpoint] Shoe thrown on Indian Home Minister during Press Conference

I think this act can be interpreted a little differently. Though I am not in favour of such events but one also has to understand where it is all coming from.

Mr. Singh, a journalist by profession is also a common man like you and me. I would rather look at it as an expression of a common man to the games played by our dear politicians. The clean chit being given to Tytler and the hypocrite attitude of the Congress party and other politicians as well when it comes to religious sentiments is just one of the many aspects that has angered the people of India. I wouldn't be surprised rather would be happy if it soon becomes a trend at the election rallies.

So why blame Mr. Singh for what he did. He had a reason, he got a platform and he acted. He didn't waste an opportunity to tell the politicians (in general) that this is what they deserve because the shoe was not aimed at Mr. Chidambaram personally it was against the political fraternity. If they do not want a repeat telecast of this they better get their act right!

Beware dear politicians! People are waking up…
