New PIN Number requirement enforced by RBI.I donot know how many of us were faced with a problem on this count.While RBI has done well to enforce this,the Bankers and credit card services have not taken any proactive steps to help their customers.

I was not advised about the requirement to get a new PIN number either by mail or SMS.
Your website doesnot havea POP up for facilitating the generation of this PIN number
Yr phone banking service asks fr 4 digit PIN number,that hasnot been communicated to me by ICICI.
Why does not yr Phone service have a simple number to contact a human voice to seek help,when IVR doesnot help?
I have registered for Visa 3D security number.Is this the new PIN . Can I use in my transactions as required by RBI?
Will some one from yr end clarify???
