It is very true that the PRin India is more concerned with media relations rather than an holistic approach . All that we are concerned is about to get mileage for "private good " as against "public good" .Long term strategic goals have to detailed as against short term ones and if need arises be felixible enough to change and adapt rather than be rigid and then work for 'good will '. Every step or point towards achiving this good will is to keep the focus on the public be it internal or external.Perhaphs we will see that change in India soon and lets do that as early as possible not waiting for the change to happen but rather be the change we would like to see through forums like these Asha Alexander Varghese --- On Tue, 11/8/09, Sanjay <sanjaym@mastek.
