[Image_Management] Stakeholder Database System

Dear List members,

I have a potential client that needs a Stakeholder Management Database system with a long list of user requirements. They are interested in either an off-the shelf approach or developmental approach.

In our initial meeting I explained various stakeholder issues to them and we then scoped the user requirements this afternoon.

Just some background:

1. They have a need for a system with 200 specific users that need to be able to access the system and be able to change content obviously within parameters.
2. They have specific stakeholder capturing, information storage and knowledge management, communication & notification and meeting scheduling needs. In particular, the ability to capture, maintain and administer information on stakeholders, stakeholder categories, stakeholder issues, issue categories, engagement and events, issue owners, relationship custodian issues and action items. They also want this system to have knowledge management capabilities, scheduling and communication & notifications capabilities.
3. They also want to log and track emerging issues, incidents and events with this system and perhaps get it to connect to their Risk Management processes.
4. Ideally this system needs to be compatible with their Lan, Groupwise, Intranet, have remote access and offline capturing.

My lead came about because I was their guest speaker at their annual conference, and they want me to be the Lead consultant and come to the table with initial proposals.

I am not yet in the formalised process but this is my way in....So, any help or leads will be appreciated.....
