Dear Colleagues,
I am looking for any tips or hints on how to market my own professional range of seminars (I facilitate a Stakeholder Reputation Management Master Class and a Reputation Protection & Defence Master Class in the Southern African environment)
The financial crisis’ impact aside, this has been my most difficult year ever. I have had people book – these are large clients executives and then cancel at the last minute. Now, this has been indicative of the times, since many event organisers have had the same complaints.
On top of this year, South Africa will host the World Cup Soccer next year, which means that many facilities and venues have already been booked out.
I have used websites, Facebook, Twitter and the traditional e-mail. These worked in the past but this year, de nada.
Are there any other methods or strategies that I am not using? I am trying to learn from you.
Or is it just a sign of the times that I have to live through?
