Sri Srinivasan's views appear balanced,  particularly, in the present scenario of Public Relations which is under going a type of crisis. It is a vital point to be noted that there is a need for  educating the PR for the budding PR professionals since lack of proper PR training is coming in the way for effective functioning of PR. Once some positive steps initiated at all the levels of PR sections of the concerns it will have more strengthened and healthy PR in futue. Aday is definitely going to come and as Sri Srinivasan feels PR would be very much needed, regarded and adopted like that in USA and other countries.

Very well thought out and written.
Public affairs consultancies is in a naescent stage and still to be
perfected and recognised by all as a logical and legit xtension of
communication activity in the public sphere.
