Hi, All the best. Let me share similar experience. I am having CUG connection through my organisation and had addon for my wife. Not a single bill received for my wife's mobile number, every time I found out the billing amount and issued one cheque for both the numbers. I got so fed up with their service, I decided to surrender the addon number and requested them to with draw their service. I made full and final settlement for addon number. One fine morning I got a bill for some unclaimed amount of Rs.350/- + some fine for default payment. I took up the matter to customer service, no response. Even their senior executive spoke to me but the matter could not resolved. After six months of drama I got a court notice and their lawyer called me over phone and threathened me to face dire consequences if payment is not made. My wife got so scared, she just asked me to pay the amount and forget about the whole thing. That what I exactly did, their rep came to my house and took the payment, till date I am not convinced for what I have made those payments. Inspite of CUG connection and having a good track record of making all the payments on time, I have been treated like a criminal. Airtel may claim to be number one, but I have serious doubts about their ethical practices. Sai Kumar |
