I welcome Mr Desikan's arguments. If one were conducting a PA campaign for government's decision on Retail FDI,how do we meet this? Befroe any PA campaign is designed it is necessary without bias to assess the counter view points and arguments.Any decision bya firm or government should be in the long term interests of people,'greatest good of the greatest number'.No PR/PA can defend the indefensible and the paymaster must be told the truth about this, rather than promising what cannot be delivered.Gandhiji refused a brief because the brief was not suiting his ethics.I donot know whether there are any PR agencies who wants to follow his example.
As I said in another post, can we take different view points and build a PA campaign for both for and against Retail FDI.This is a stimulating discussion. Thanks, narendra
