It is clever thinking/creativity at its best. Other media houses would complain initially and later follow the industry trend setter-TOI.
Ad gurus can answer this query. TOI is a brand. What will be the long term impact of such practices on the brand?

Subject: [prpoint] An advertiser's coup in Times of India
THE
BOYS OF INDIA? No, this is not a new newspaper! This is how today's TIMES OF INDIA, Mumbai, looks.
Its an advertiser's media coup! But what Times has done is to allow the same font as that of its masthead!
Does this indicate the changing media trends or the clever thinking by advertisers?
Suggest we debate.
Thanks & Regards
