Hi
Planning to do a story around use of Time sheets in PR agencies for my blog www.vikypedia.in, which will eventually will also get published in across social networks dedicated to PR, including Indian PR Forum, reaching out to over 50K PR Practitioners.
Would like to understand if this phenomenon has already established in India and if yes how are we actually utilizing it? It would be great if you can share your perspective on the topic. I leave it upon you to decide whether to quote you in the story or not. You can send your responses to pr.vikram@gmail.com
I would want your very frank opinions on the following:
1) Are Indian PR professionals ready for Time-Sheet reporting format?
2) Are time sheets useful and how does it help your to be more efficient?
3) Beyond tracking executive time, how else it is used? Does your agency charge clients basis the time invested on their accounts?
4) Reasons why timesheets have not been successful in India till date?
5) The agencies who have not implemented time-sheet system yet in India, are they looking forward to implement the same?
6) What are the consequences if you fail to update your timesheets?
Please share your responses urgently before Friday if possible.
Best Regards
Vikram Kharvi
