A British National of Indian origin, he is member of IPRA, the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR). A post-graduate in English with a Gold Medal in Public Relations, he is currently pursuing a second Executive Master's qualification in communications at one of the leading Universities of Europe, as a Global Alliance scholar.
With over 15 years of full-time experience in the communications industry his core strengths include a deep understanding of communications challenges in cross cultural environments; communications policy and strategy development; the creation, positioning, management and repositioning of corporate and product brands; internal and external communications; communications during organizational change; merger communications; reputation management in new / emerging markets, writing, crisis management and CSR.
Having worked extensively with leading global integrated communications agencies in India, he was headhunted to lead the corporate and marketing communications functions at one of the most dynamic banks across the Middle East, four and a half years ago, where he currently mentors a team of 9 communications professionals.
