[prpoint] Ideas to promote Social Networking business

I am currently working for a client who is into the social networking domain, something on the lines of Linkedin.com. We are in the process of drafting a PR plan for the them, would appreciate if you can share some ideas on what can be included in the plan to make it wholesome and effective, which would help the client in increasing the registrations.
