Re: [prpoint] 'corporate communication' and 'marketing communication' - functional difference

Hi Srinivasan,

'Corporate communications' deals with meeting communication needs of Company or at corporate level, company's image, company message objectives..all keeping in mind the Company/organisation communication objective.

'marketing objective' deals with meeting communication objectives set to meet markeing needs of the organisations' brands or making strategy targeted towards achieving marketing objectives. Marketing communication would include tools like tie-ups, PR events for launching a brand, etc.
