It is really cheating by the bank that understands that `little drops of water makes a mighty ocean'. The member has not remitted nor withdrew cash but deposited cheque. It is bounden duty of the bank to credit. If it is a typo then the branch officials should have corrected the error immediately. It is really attrocious on the part of the branch manager saying that the matter was not brought to her notice. And even then she had to take her head's permission!! Then why should the matter be brought to her notice at all! Jagannathan --- On Sat, 2/21/09, Vernkatraman Rajendran <venkrajen@yahoo. From: Vernkatraman Rajendran <venkrajen@yahoo. |
