I have prepared a SOW (Scope of Work) sheet, that I am going to discuss with the software solutions provider on this wednesday.. The excerpts of the sheet are as follows:
Masters for basic information
- Activity Master (Assignment/ Retainer and other details like Press Release/ Conference/ Media Tracking etc.)
- Client master (Contact details, Contract Details Invoicing patterns etc.)
- Client Contacts (Various individuals and their personal and professional details)
- Vendors/ Service Providers master
- Media Universe Master (Print/ Electronic/ Radio/ Web etc.)
Documents to be filled in
- Job Description Document (for generation of Job Code and specify the requirements of the activity. This will later help in generating the Delivery challan and I wish, if an invoice could be prepared with click of a button)
- Media Tracking Document (this will be a form used for assessment of activity)
Reports to be generated:
- Follow up plan/ missings
- Delivery Challan (that goes with the hard clips and or invoice)
- Invoice
- Payments recieved/ pendings
Please spare some time and add inputs to my SOW sheet.
