It is an amazingly encouraging experience.
I think good management is more in-born than taught. That's the reason corporates and institutes decline. Most of them want a magic bullet for good management forgetting that goodness is a process and not the end

First,thank you for penning this ..Believe me,in today's world
where everything is viewed in materialistic terms, the approach of the
IIT professors and staff alike, tells us why and how we can make a
difference.

I think this should make a good case study for all management
students.It also highlights why the IITs continue to make us
proud. Isn't it all about a little human touch?
