[prpoint] Re: How small and subtle things make a great difference! An experience in IIT



These are not 'small' things definitely, and considering them 'small' many organisations tend to ignore them considering them non-essential. But your experience at IIT is definitely an eye opener and a great example for the corporates to follow. I hope the students passing out from such institutions would continue to keep these values uppermost in their minds and keep them closer to their heart during the rest of their lives. Indeed, it is the small gestures that make an individual and an organisation great.
