Dear Srinivasan Thanks very much for the prompt clarification. As Sulosana had rightly highlighted, the records have been set straight. As PR practitioners ourselves, your pro-act is a clear message of committment and ownership and highly applicable when dealing with clients. A typical example is 'crisis management' -depending on its magnitude obviously. I have deliberately used 'crisis' in a broader spectrum. Young practitioners in today's business world sometimes fail to respect 'urgency' and to act on their feet with the right workable, matured counsel. These are my thoughts. To the forum- kudos, up the brilliant work. Regards Shanthi Thiruchelvam Malaysia --- On Sun, 8/2/09, Sulosana KARTHIGASU <sulosana_karthigasu
