Dear Mr Srinivasan
Thank you for the clarification below. The new technologies allow various misuse as this one and it is good that prpoint moderators like you are prompt in identifying such misuse and setting the records straight immediately. the forum is interesting and whenever I get the opportunity to read the comments, I have found most of them thought provoking and useful.
Wishing you and the forum continued success :-)

Dear friends
Few hours back, i message was circulated in prpoint group emanating from
the email id rishika_k <rishika_k@yahoo.
Unprofessional and Undesired acts in the PR industry!". As moderators, we
maintain 'highest level quality' in the group. We do not circulate any
accusing mails or anonymous mails in the group.
Normally, excepting under unavoidable circumstances, I personally moderate
the messages. If it is not to be circulated, i inform the authors the
reasons for not circulating.
When I received the earlier referred message from the prpoint group, i got
surprised. I verified the control panel under Moderators activities. The
message was approved under the Narrendiran'
co-moderator)
shocked. Normally, he does not moderate the messages, without consulting
me. He moderates the messages, when I am not available. I had also
observed that since yesterday, few more memberships and mails have also
been approved under his email id in New Media Forum group. We presume that
his email id id might have been hacked by some one. We are taking steps to
set the things in order.
Meanwhile I am writing this mail to our members, just to clarify that some
mistake has happened. The message circulated earlier with the subject
line "Unprofessional and Undesired acts in the PR industry!" has gone into
the group without our knowledge. We request you to kindly ignore
that message. We have also removed this message from the group archive
and blog archive.
On behalf of the Moderators' team, we apologise for the inconvenience.
