[prpoint] Diplomatic Public Relations - Experience shared by Former Information Advisor to PM

Shri S Narendra (a member of this prpoint group) has shared his diplomatic PR experience in his blog.  Shri Narendra was the Information Advisor to Prime Minister and he was the Chief Spokesperson of Indian Government for 7 years.  He has closely worked with various Prime Ministers from Shri Narasimha Rao to Shri Vajpayee. During that time, he was heading the Press Information Bureau.
