[prpoint] Traditional media and Social Media - How to use effectively? - Discussion

 

Further to my earlier mail on this subject, I will be thankful if the members share their views and experience broadly on the following areas for the benefit all.

1. How can social media make a difference to the marketing
Vis- a-vis traditional marketing

2. What areas of emerging media businesses have to look at now?

3. How has it changed the marketing of business. Why is Emerging media so relevant today?

4. How can I get attention on youtube( how do I get to be seen on Youtube by a large audience)?

5. How do I create groups in various forums like corp. comm. Group/PR group and link it to my FB or twitter account as a database?

6. How and where do we deploy webcast, podcast, RSS feed etc?

7. Is there any tracking methodology where ROI can be established using  emerging media?

8. How do I create groups on Linkedin, Twitter and
FB.?

9. How do make groups across different social media interact with each other?

10. What is Web 2.0 technology and various components. How do we use web 2.0 in marketing and customer identification and retention. ( How do I form a data base)

11. How do we effectively use blogs and form our own blog Group. How do i create blogs and where do i create a page for others to contribute.
